ChartAI provides AI-assisted chart analysis, market data views, and related tools. Features may evolve and change from time to time.

3. Use of Service

• You must be 18+ to use the Service.
• Do not misuse the Service (e.g., abuse rate limits, attempt to access unauthorized data).
• Outputs are informational only and not financial advice.
• You are responsible for complying with Israeli law when applicable, including export controls and sanctions rules.

4. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled. Prices may change with notice. Payments are processed by trusted providers; taxes may apply. You may cancel at any time via your account; statutory consumer rights under Israeli law remain unaffected.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including content, UI, and code, is owned by ChartAI or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the Service.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant ChartAI a limited, revocable, non‑exclusive license to process that content solely to provide the Service. You represent that you have all necessary rights to upload such content.

8. Third-Party Services

We may integrate with third-party providers (e.g., TradingView, data APIs). Their terms apply when you use their features.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” We disclaim warranties of accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose to the maximum extent permitted by law. Trading involves risk and past performance is not indicative of future results.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ChartAI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or losses arising from decisions based on the Service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may cancel at any time; certain sections survive termination.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws principles. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue shall be the competent courts in Tel Aviv‑Yafo, Israel.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
